Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days as required by US consumer protection laws.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
US Customers: All refunds are processed in USD. Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing.

Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once production has begun, cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee based on work completed.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
